Cancellation Policy

Olivia Stuart Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private sessions. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so as soon as possible. All cancellations within 24 hours / no shows will result in loss of a class credit. If you cannot make the scheduled group session time, the recording will be sent via email within two hours after class completion. Group class recordings will be streamable for 2 weeks.
