Box, Pilates ball, light or medium dumbbells.
Mat Fit

Recommended Props:
Thera band, pilates ball, yoga blocks, 1 set of light (2-8lb), medium (8-15lbs) and heavy (15lbs+) dumbbells or kettlebells.
If you are unable to make the scheduled time, be sure to sign up and you will receive the recording within 2 hours of class completion.
