Box, Pilates ball, light or medium dumbbells.

Recommended Props:

Thera band, pilates ball, yoga blocks, 1 set of light (2-8lb), medium (8-15lbs) and heavy (15lbs+) dumbbells or kettlebells.

Class Schedule
