Come as you are. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in.

Pilates equipment NOT required. All you need is a space to move for mat sessions.

Gym equipment is a plus. (Dumbbells, kettlebells, Thera bands, PT balls)
These sessions are about getting you back to doing the things you love. If you are dealing with an injury of the back, hip, shoulder, etc. I specialize in working with injuries, modifying movement as needed and getting you out of pain.
