All sessions are 50 minutes.

All sessions are virtual. (Zoom) Workout anywhere!

Come as you are. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in.

Pilates equipment NOT required. All you need is a space to move for mat sessions.

Gym equipment is a plus. (Dumbbells, kettlebells, Thera bands, PT balls)
Mat + whatever props you have
Foam roller, Pilates ball, bands, weights (recommended light and medium 6-8lbs & 12-15lbs)
