Pilates MAT

  • All sessions are 50 minutes.

  • All sessions are virtual. (Zoom) Workout anywhere!

  • Come as you are. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in.

  • Pilates equipment NOT required. All you need is a space to move for mat sessions.

  • Gym equipment is a plus. (Dumbbells, kettlebells, Thera bands, PT balls)

Mat + whatever props you have

Foam roller, Pilates ball, bands, weights (recommended light and medium 6-8lbs & 12-15lbs)

1:1, 2:1, 3:1
