It is the mission of Olivia Stuart Pilates to make strong, mobile and resilient bodies. Her signature approach combines Pilates, strength training, yoga, and physical therapy exercises based on the unique needs and goals of each student.
Olivia works with athletes, dancers, weekend warriors and active agers - all who possess goals of moving better, feeling better, looking better, rehabbing an injury or conditioning for injury prevention. Olivia believes Pilates is for every BODY.
Olivia profoundly believes in the importance of "staying up” on the latest research in pain science, biomechanics and strength training. This ability to evolve with best practice is what separates her from the others.
